Terms and Conditions of Sale – PurpleAddicts

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded between:

PurpleAddicts, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”

and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website www.pandiscope.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online sale of products offered by PurpleAddicts.

2. Products

The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Products are available while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT) for European customers.
Shipping is free to France and certain EU countries. Additional fees may apply for international shipping and will be displayed before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be charged at the price in effect at the time of order.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Once an order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a prior dispute.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods include: [e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.]

Transactions are secured using encrypted payment systems.

6. Delivery

Delivery Areas:

  • Mainland France

  • Certain EU countries (free shipping)

  • Other international destinations (fees calculated at checkout)

Delivery Times:

  • France: approx. 10 business days

  • EU: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: up to 20 business days

Orders are shipped within 72 business hours. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

In case of loss, non-delivery, or damaged products, the Seller will send a replacement product free of charge after verification.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must:

  • Notify the Seller via email or contact form

  • Return the product at their own expense in its original condition

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions: Personalized products, opened or used items.

8. Returns

Products must be returned:

  • In their original, unused condition

  • In the original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of Seller error (wrong or defective product).

9. Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code).

10. Personal Data

Collected personal data is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship.
The Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting contact@purpleaddicts.com.

11. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for:

  • Misuse of the product

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Temporary unavailability of the website

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is the exclusive property of PurpleAddicts. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

13. Applicable Law – Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be either the court of the Consumer’s residence or the Seller’s registered office.
