  • International destinations (availability depending on the country at checkout, including Australia and New Zealand)


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping Costs

  • France: Free shipping

  • Selected EU countries (e.g., Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy): Free shipping

  • Other international destinations (including Australia & New Zealand): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the country and carrier

Note: Customs duties or import taxes may apply outside the EU. These are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Carriers and Options

We work with multiple carriers. Customers can choose their preferred delivery method (home delivery or pickup point) at checkout, based on available options in their country.


6. Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every shipment.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.


7. Partial Delivery

If one or more items are temporarily out of stock, we may send a partial shipment at no extra cost.


8. Delivery Issues

  • Lost package: We will investigate. If the package cannot be located, a free reshipment will be provided.

  • Damaged product upon arrival: Contact us with a photo. A replacement will be sent free of charge.

  • Package returned to sender (wrong address or unclaimed): Reshipment may be offered at your expense after address verification.
